DEMAM CAMPAK adalah satu penyakit yang amat cepat berjangkit. Ia boleh merebak melalui batuk atau bersin dari pengidap demam campak. Tanda awal seperti demam panas tinggi melebihi 40°C (104°F), batuk, hidung berair,dan mata merah memberi gambaran seperti demam selsema. Yang membezakan adalah “Koplik Spot” yang tampak dalam mulut 2-3 hari selepas tanda awal terserlah.
