Ramadan Reflections: Embracing Community
Community Outreach is meant to challenge us, inspire reflection, and open our hearts. It is more than just providing financial aid—it is an opportunity to connect, uplift, and share moments of warmth with those who need it most. Not everyone is born into privilege, but with love, kindness, and care, we can create a meaningful difference.
Now in its third year, our Community Outreach program has grown tremendously—welcoming more committee members and embracing even more children we fondly call anak-anak.
This year marks our biggest outreach yet, as we had the honor of spending time with 55 Orphans and Asnafs, aged 5 to 17 from Rumah Kebajikan dan Bimbingan At-Taqwa.

Connecting with these bright, resilient children was truly humbling. Their radiant smiles as their abang, kakak, pakcik and makcik from PMCare accompanied them for Hari Raya shopping at AEON IOI City Mall, followed by a special iftar at Le Meridien Putrajaya, filled our hearts with joy.
While some may not yet fully grasp the joy of Aidilfitri, and despite the challenges life has placed before them, we hope that this special day served as a reminder that they are loved, cherished, and supported.

This initiative became even more meaningful with our leadership’s participation, including CEO, Encik Kamal Aryf Baharuddin; COO, Encik Ezrul Ekram Ismail; CFO, Puan Huzainah Hussin; and Head of Provider Network Management, Puan Rozita Mohamed Noor, who personally took on the role of guardians for the children while they shopped.
Later at the iftar, alongside our leadership team, we were delighted to be joined by our CSO, Mr. Takuma Wada; and Assistant GM of Client Services, Puan Nezli Mohd Noor.

As a gesture of our ongoing support, PMCare presented Duit Raya to the children, bringing them extra joy this festive season. Additionally, we contributed RM10,000 to help ease their operational needs and support the well-being of the children under their care. We sincerely hope this contribution provides them with better opportunities and a brighter future.

To the wonderful children of Rumah Kebajikan dan Bimbingan At-Taqwa—you have touched our hearts, brought tears to our eyes, and reminded us of the true essence of giving.
Our deepest gratitude goes to Ustazah Norhayati, Encik Amran, and all the dedicated wardens for their unwavering love and commitment to these children.
