We are coming to the end of the year and for some, the bathroom scale might have revealed an increase in weight compared to last year and now planning to shed some of those extra kilos. Some others have looked in the mirror and could not find the muscles “that ought to have developed” over the last few months. While a few are staring at the last lab report with HbA1c shooting high and fearing the next follow-up. Whatever the situation might be, eating right makes good sense. But how does one go about eating right? To eat healthily?
